This is the set you would give your youngster to help daddy or mommy. It has a lot of the basic tools that can help a budding contractor to learn the value and the respect that tools deserve. Maybe as a backup if the high end tool fizzles. Good price and like I say this is great for a kid (supervised)to learn the use of power and hand tools

Here's the perfect collection of starter tools, whether it's for the new graduate heading out into the world, a new homeowner or empty nesters heading into a less complicated, pared-down lifestyle. There really is everything you need here, from a basic hammer all the way to a nice cordless drill and 14.4-volt charger. In between, there's a great assortment of drill bits, driver bits, Allen wrenches, spade bits, hole saws with a mandrel, adjustable wrench, pliers, needlenose pliers, a hacksaw, level, tape measure, combination square, ratchet and sockets, a box cutter and fasteners. All for the price of a cordless drill alone-and at such a price, we think it's a great idea to keep one set in the garage and one in the house. We tried to come up with a do-it-yourselfer job this kit couldn't handle... we're still thinking... but we wish we had this handy the last time we heard the words "some assembly required."
